Plant care that actually understands your plants.

Most apps just remind you to water. Ozlaz builds a living, science-based model of each plant you grow — its stress, health, growth and the conditions it's actually in, indoors or out — and tunes to your plant the more you grow together. Be the first in when we launch.

See it in action

A real 30-day run of the Ozlaz engine — a warning days early, then a full recovery.

Meet Tess, a tulip in a Kent garden. In early spring she looks perfect — 100% health. Then a UK heat spell pushes into the low 30s, and Ozlaz can already feel it in her numbers.

So it nudges you on day 7 — move her into the shade — three days before any leaf damage would show.

Tess dips through the warm spell, then bounces right back to full health once it passes. Every number here is a real 30-day run of the Ozlaz engine.

Real output from Ozlaz's simulation engine — a watered Tulip (Tulipa spp.) through an 8-day warm spell and its recovery. Recommendation wording is verbatim from the engine.

🌡 Move Tess out of the heat
“Move the plant out of the temperature extreme … toward its preferred range. Indoors near room temperature is usually safest.”

More than reminders — a model of your plant

Ozlaz brings identification, health, your care history and the conditions each plant actually sits in — indoors or outside into one living picture.

A daily model of your plant

Ozlaz runs a daily, science-based model of each plant's condition such as stress, health, growth, water and nutrients; so guidance reflects what's happening now, not a generic care sheet.

It knows your plant is indoors

Tell Ozlaz the temperature of the room a plant lives in and the model uses it for how fast the soil dries, how it takes up nutrients, how it acclimates. Your windowsill fern stops being judged on the weather outside.

Frost warnings the evening before

Ozlaz reads tomorrow's overnight low and warns you the evening before a frost while you can still move a pot or throw on a fleece — not the morning after, when the damage is already done.

Steps, not just alerts

Every recommendation comes with why it's being made, what to expect once you act, and how long recovery should take — so you know whether it's working instead of guessing.

Identify & diagnose from a photo

Recognise thousands of species and spot disease from a single photo; the basics, handled.

Honest when it isn't sure

When Ozlaz infers a likely cause rather than confirming one, it says so. You get a confident answer when the evidence is there and a plain caveat when it isn't. It never false certainty about your plant.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing before we launch.

How is Ozlaz different from other plant apps?
Most apps identify your plant and hand you the same care sheet forever. Ozlaz runs a daily, science-based model of your specific plant — its health, its history with you, and the weather it's actually in — so the advice fits what's happening now, and gets sharper the longer you grow together.
Do I need any special sensors or equipment?
No — just your phone. Add a plant with a photo, log what you notice, and Ozlaz does the rest. There's no probes, hubs, or hardware to buy.
Do I need to know much about plants?
Not at all. Ozlaz is built for the everyday questions that stump most growers — is this yellow leaf normal? water or wait? — and answers them for your specific plant in plain, practical steps.
How does Ozlaz know what my plant needs?
It brings four things together into one live picture: what the plant is (identification), how it's doing (health from your photos and notes), what you've done (your care history), and the conditions it's in (your environment and local weather).
Will it work for my plants?
From a single windowsill houseplant to a whole garden of flowers, herbs, and vegetables — if you grow it, Ozlaz can help you keep it healthy.
How is my data handled?
Your plants, photos, and notes are yours. Ozlaz is built to comply with the UK GDPR: we collect only what's needed to run your account and care for your plants, we never sell your data, and you can access, correct, export, or delete it whenever you like. Full details will be in our privacy policy at launch.
